Heading into rotation 6 of this ULPPL routine. Started to add 1 exercise for each body part on today's Push Day for volume progression. I've also adjusted the routine slightly so I don't over train muscles or joints - avoiding repetitive exercises over the week.
Woke up early today. Really wish the gym was 24 hours or opened earlier on the weekend. Gonna look around to see if there is one today. Slow start to the day waiting for the gym to open. My body also seems to be fighting through something right now so today's workout was a real push. Push days always seem to be lately 😅.
Slightly underate yesterday. So today we will be making up for that.
Today was one of those days 😪
Cold and unmotivated to start, fired up at the end. When motivation is gone, discipline and consistency must remain.
Glad I pushed through today!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
