ok, I am kind of getting a little bored with this woe it is day 11 of 12 then 2 day break. I'm not quite sure what my 2 days will consist of but I am NOT going off crazy and eating, drinking mindlessly as I have done in the past. I NEED to stay on a reasonable woe for 2 days then back on 12 days. I was thinking of doing the one where I can have unlimited, strawberries (been craving them), cantaloupe (I can take it or leave it, have to be very ripe for me), white fish, lettuce, scallions, cucumber, celery(probably will skip since it specifically says NO celery on the 12 day), green pepper, dill pickle, plain yogurt (good with frozen strawberries!), sugar free jello (it is also good to mix a little of the powder with yogurt put the in the freezer until consistency of soft serve :-), cottage cheese, lemon juice, spices I think that is it, I need to find my written list someplace, but I've done this one in a pinch and it has helped me loose weight I just NEED to keep the weight off and stay away from junk and mindless eating!
