Dinner: Salad 🥗, Simmered squid 🦑 and vegetables (leftover), Croquettes , Grapefruit
45 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
