Walked on the beach Saturday because we had a two nighter down in Myrtle Beach, Although it wasn't a workout per se I did get in my exercise. Ate some chicken wings and bar b q over the weekend because band friends were nice enough to fix food for us. Back on track with T25 tomorrow. No weight loss but no gain. Hoping for a loss by next Sunday. I may have lost fat but gained muscle who knows. It is a ten week program so I am looking for gains/losses by the end of the program. :)
109.8 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
