Holding steady! Going to try to stick to the weight watchers plan better. It only works of you work it! They sent me a little charm for 5 pounds lost. I feel motivated to keep that off so I don't have to mail the charm back!
Been eating ok. I ended up with extra produce by accident so I will be eating lots of fresh veggies. My neighbors told me they had a head of lettuce and I thought "great, salads for a couple of days" but it turns out it's a five pound Napa cabbage! Cabbage for weeks!
BF came over and helped me pack up clothes from my cousin's salvaged items. Double bonus as he has no opinion about the stuff and it was a task that he could do even with his poor eyesight. He was so excited to help! We packed up 4 contractor bags of clothing, probably 100 pounds or more which would have taken me hours because I stop and try on every third item. My cousin has good taste in clothes just way too much.
Gotta go, some of that cabbage needs to be turned into coleslaw.
71.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ahhhhh! I love napa cabbage! Love slaw. We used to grow tons of cabbage. I need to get into my closet again and find what fits and get rid of the rest. I can't allow myself to fluff up an get into fat clothes ever again.

I love coleslaw, but I always want it to be lower in calories that it typically is. Is your recipe for the dressing low calorie? If so, please share.
