I prefer to do my weight every 2 weeks, but I am finding I need to monitor it a little more closely... too fast may not produce a healthy result. I'm not going to punish my body during this return to my comfortable weight.
118.5 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Lee-Erin...you are doing quite well yourself. I am trying to take it slow and easy, but my body seems to want this to happen now... I am starting to feel better physically... it is now much less painful to get out of my chair, and stand to do the dishes. I have spinal cord damage, so the extra weight has been just killing it. pain can be a good motivator :|

Yes I know all too well about pain. I got hurt at work almost 9 yrs ago now my lower back and left hip. I get bi weekly spinal cord injections and injections in my hip. I'm in constant pain but the weight coming off has made a huge difference for my self as well.
