Is it the coconut oil helping me to lose all of a sudden? I'm not sure its worth the nausea and diarrhea but I will take the loss regardless. Down 1.5 lbs this morning woo hoo!!!
73.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Still have a bad headache. Could this be from Atkins even though I have been on induction for past two weeks? The difference in the past few days is using more coconut oil, which I am backing down on from other side effect), and no sweeteners of any kind, not that I used much but would occasionally add to my tea.
