Well I owe my success in my diet so far to my husband, Cozwey! He is a great cook and the meals that he has prepared have been so wonderful that I don't miss or want to go back to my old eating ways.
Thank you Ron you really are the Best husband a girl could hope for and I love you!

One lucky person!!!! Wish my husband cooked, for the first time in 15 years he's finally starting to eat like me. It was like having a child who didn't want salmon, vegetables, this and that. He's managed to lose 15 lbs since 1/31 and I'm down 8, wish we could lose like they do. Sweet comment about your hubby.
