Early morning at work today. So, we did a late afternoon workout. It's a different breed of beasts in the afternoon, but it's a welcome uncomfortable. Today was Upper Body after yesterday's Leg workout which jumped into an Asian Buffet cheat meal dinner for a birthday celebration. I tried to stick to the less oily stuff, but gave myself some room to celebrate cause I deserved it too.
Upper Body later in the day was tough. Went into it with an anticipated head ache. Usually happens when I don't get my pre workout or have a rest day. I was trying to have a rest day but needed the gym 🤣. The absence of caffeine in the morning I'm pretty sure by now is the trigger.
Back to clean eating though so we can power through this 5th cycle. I really should take a rest day though....
Oh man... my thoughts are pretty scattered.
I'm looking forward to my regular Early mornings again starting Monday. Tomorrow will be another late afternoon day for Lower Body.
