Was going to delay refeeding another day because my weight showed only a 0.2 lb loss. Then Mr. Hanky visited for the first time in a week, and I reweighed, showing a one pound net loss. Still plan to eat beef, broccoli, and sweet potatoes midday tomorrow, but am breaking fast tonight at the 72 hour mark.
137.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 80.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
