fat 40.8% wow! today had a veggies and herbal cheese spread for breakfast, lunch should have been potato gratin and a walnut and apple salad but the gratin became a potato soup as I added too much buttermilk! for dinner had kelp with stir fried veg, We had a Flamenco night festival and had two glasses of red wine, a portion of paella(did not eat the seafood) and some breads with jambon and some pickled stuff. (had quite a few actually) so not in deficit today ☺️.
