I'm feeling so discouraged. I never expected I had gained so much weight during the pandemic and beyond. I'm trying to rustle up some motivation to lose some of this weight. I feel like trash. Exhausted, sore, hungry, moody. I don't even know where to start so I'm just logging my food again. 😭😭😭

If your always hungry that means your missing out on the protein , just aim for 30 grams of protein in each meal and you won’t be hungry . Easy trick protein shakes, cottage cheese

Why is it losing is so #!?#! hard but gaining it back is so f—- easy? I know that feeling of discouragement all too well. I had to ditch a stressful job to finally get some of my life back and return to a healthier lifestyle. Good for you for being here now. Picture yourself in a month or two with a few pounds gone! Blessings to you.

Brandy, I'm sorry you're feeling so discouraged. That's a difficult way to feel. I'm sending you lots of peace, strength, and good thoughts. 💚 The good news is that today is a new day and anything is possible. Logging your food is a great start to take control of what you want to change. Usually if you take control of that, much of the rest will fall into place. You have the desire to change, so you can do this! I look forward to seeing you accomplishing your goals!

I've been where you are. Just take baby steps, make small goals that are easier to reach. Keep logging and plan and prep. Sending you lots of support! 💜👍

Take the small steps. That is exactly what I and others did when we reached weights and we said "enough is enough". For me, it was 300 pounds. I got focused, started recording my food, calories, exercise, and weight,....and held myself accountable for the results. After a week, I saw my first real results, and started down a path that will have lasted for 5 years on Nov 4. I can truthfully relate in many of those same areas, and can also feel and see the increase in personal esteem & satisfaction from the results. Set you short term and long term goals. The results will come.

Logging your food is a great start!

Definitely, difficult. Start slowly and make a list as to why you want to lose it. And focus on that! Keep your notes close by to remind you. Or hang a top or bottoms that you are going to fit into again and try on weekly. You are going to get their. One day at a time! Keep logging!! 🎉🌸💓

I completely understand. Feel the same way. I’m trying to get back on track with logging, too!

That's a great idea to begin logging your food. I get really stuck in a rut not exercising and then feel guilty and that makes it worse. So I have to start with ONE LITTLE STEP to get the ball rolling. You've already begun that process by sharing what you did. You'll find your way again.

I feel ya. I wish I only gained 20... it would seem so much more doable. Be glad you are starting now. You can do it.

I hear ya..it is upsetting...BUT we can do something about it..one lb at a time..don't give up..I wont if you wont!

Start by believing in yourself. You can do it and you don’t have to do it all at once. Logging is great! Also…be kind to yourself!! Rest and nurture your body and your soul, while making one good decision at a time. I know for me if I try to sprint to the finish line in goals it gets overwhelming and I give up part way. Take it a small goal at a time. Yourself is worth the effort! 😘
