fat 40.9% Wow, simply wow! I increased the fat intake and lowered the carbs yesterday after watching a clip by Dr Stern on Dementia and I can't believe the result. I stuck to 3 meals + 1 snack and today I plan to do same. last meal was at 5pm, then did walk/run/lift for 45 min ytube and my favourite 80's dance cardio for 30 minutes. this morning the plan was to eat at 9am to give me a 16 hour fast but had breakfast at 8:30am , still good, that 15.5 hours and it doesn't feel like I made an effort not to eat in that time window. way to go! today I prepared same like yesterday, only I ran out of kiwi and cucumber. hope hubby goes shopping today 😊
