Lunch: Miso soup with Koya-Tofu, Pickled Beets, 1Tbsp of Cream Cheese

Dinner: Salad, Super firm tofu, 3 Capelin fish, nuts
44.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
