in one month I lost 3.5lbs of fat and gain 1 lb of muscle I also lost 7.5 inches ,5 of those inches were in my thighs
79.4 kg Lost so far: 60.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
