😆😆😆 I couldn't do the rest day today. I continued onward with my Push Workout including 2 missed ab exercises from yesterday (I didn't copy over the routine from last week correctly). It was a great workout though. Felt distraught this morning. Some old bread crumbs came up and got me pretty emotional. Gym was a therapy today. And I really pushed through max rep ranges.
Eats was good yesterday. Slightly over but my hunger was in check. Been missing out on veggies for a few days so it was good to get it in yesterday.
Fridays are usually our Family Nights, so this means we may be having something out of the regular meals. I love earning this meals throughout the week though I'm not yearning for it, it's another way for me to let loose from the rigidity of my carefully planned days.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
