Bajando 100g desde el último registro hace 6 días pero, como es habitual, en ese tiempo he visto subidas y bajadas grandes. La báscula diaria no es para gente de corazón delicado!! XDD

Down 100g since the last log 6 days ago but, as usual, in that time I have seen big ups and big downs. The daily scale is not for the faint-hearted people!!!! XDD

57 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
