Hehehe slightly over target kCal last night. Didn't wake up hungry but I woke up a little later than my usual 4am. Got to the gym around 6am today, not much of a crowd. Today was Upper Body day. I felt amazingly strong today. My food choices haven't changed that much, so it might be the progression in my routine. I progressed in weight and reps today - for the most part hitting all max rep ranges. I FEEL I could have gone further with some workouts but I believe in CALCULATED RISK. I'll hit it on my next session to continie progression.
I added pasta as a snack in my meal plan yesyerday. I love pasta 😁 Hopefully it doesn't take me off course.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
