Rest Day scheduled, but I couldn't do it! Went into the second rotation of this new routine today. I made a new Playlist and was super excited to get it going.
It's so great that I'm pushing/pulling weights I thought I'd never get back to again. Motivates me more to keep my eating on track to give my body the best chance to break plateaus and beat myself every session.
If I don't do another rest day, though I think I will, it's 5 days of eating right to my next Upper Day to continue my progression to my next best self.
So far, I haven't lost weight eating 300kCal on average less. Let's see how the next 5 days go.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had to jump in to day 2 of my new program on the first rest day too. I also like to do some band work on rest days…let’s call it active recovery 😉

Oh for sure! Active recovery days are awesome. I love those. Puts me in the gym. I was planning on that for today but my new music Playlist was too intense for a slower more relaxed day. Might need to workout a Playlist for Active Recovery Days as well 😁
