I think I am on the right track with the induction phase so far. I may find i need to tweak more. I am finally walking again and it feels so good. I was surprised after being off it for 2 weeks that my stamina has held up as if I haven't been off at all.

Down 1/2lb today so very happy with that.
74.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
