Man I don't know what is up with the gym's scale or my body. Maybe the lifting is making me put on a bunch of old muscle I lost? My diet has been dialed in this week and I'm am amazed the scale hasn't moved. I think I'm going to do a 7 point tape measurement and start taking that for a couple weeks to see if the measurements are changing...
86.2 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
