I forgot to eat chocolate last night. That must be why my weight went up, right? Since May 20th when I made the intention to eat chocolate or some sweet treat every day (and stay within calories, macros) my weight has gone down or stayed the same. Last night I had planned to eat chocolate after I got kids to bed, but then after I had brushed my teeth I remembered that I had forgotten about it.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
