I did it! I met my weight goal for end of may! I did a 24 hour fast and then had a small calorie day yesterday. I know it is not a long term thing but meeting this goal was very important to me. losing a couple of lbs through fasting was worth it. also I found that I wasnt really that hungry if I kept busy and drank lots of water and black coffee so it taught me that I tend to eat out of habit not necessity. now that is out of the way I can continue with my weight loss plan and I feel very confident that I will get there this year. im proud of my healthy food choices and now I need to increase my activity level to help me reach my weight goal.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you Lee-Erin! Im celebrating by buying myself a planter. I think celebrating with food is something I need to move away from. No more food rewards for me! LOL

A new summer outfit or a spa day could be a couple more “non-food rewards” (if you’re into that sort of thing, of course) for your milestone or mini goal achievements as well. I personally like self-care rewards for doing hard things 😎

Thanks SM for the ideas! Im too much of a tomboy to like spa days but I do have a shoe addiction (seriously - I have more than 100 pr) so maybe a nice pr of summer sandals are on the horizon! I also thought I should start rewarding my achievements with activities, eg a bucket of balls at the driving range or bowling
