Pull Day. Always been an opportunity for me. Looking to really focus on building my back and posterior chain this time around.
Haven't done pull ups in a while or Tbar Rows. Loved it. Looking forward to the next Pull Day.
Yesterday I missed a meal so I was really looking around to see what i could scrounge up after dinner. Got a protein Smoothie in with some oats.
Today I'm off work so I can be sure to get the calories I need.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
