This journey that you and I are on as we strive to thrive to keep healthy, and to love ourselves by feeling well-being is a journey millions upon millions of us are on:) I hope you don't mind me offering up an opinion about the "Right" path. There are some wonderful ideas about Right and Wrong. "We can't get it wrong because we never get it done" These words are empowering for me because what it means is that we never reach a point where we stop growing. So no matter how "off" you may feel you are, it isn't wrong because you're not at a point where you can't move in the direction you want. Imagine for a moment that you're playing a game -- it could be basketball, it could be scrabble, it could be hide and seek. If you were to look up in the middle of the game and take score, noticing that you're not doing as well as you'd like, it would be a problem if the allotted time was up. If, however, it's the first quarter, it's really not a problem because you've got plenty of time left to get to where you want to go. There is no end to this game, regardless of the subject you're on. You never reach a point where you're finished, so it's impossible to get something "wrong" because you always have the ability to refine what you have into what you want.Prepare for the best because the best is yet to come.We can't get it wrong BECAUSE we never get it done. I've been on an emotional rollercoaster ride. I realize that when I feel angry or hurt by family, friends, or circumstances beyond my control I reach for food to numb these feelings that don't feel good which sabotauge my efforts to feel good. It is easier to to numb the feelings and feel bad rather then do the work of healing and dealing. "The heart is our doorway to the self and others. It assists us on our journey to heal a wounded heart. How do you pick up where you have left off? Willingness to carry on taking one step at a time, filling ourselves with awareness and intent, to forgive, accept, learn and share our love with others." Thanks for sharing and caring, With Love, Lisa Online

Thank you for sharing this Lisa! It really speaks to me where I am right now. Knowing there is no right ending, no clock to beat, or no way to permanently screw up greatly relieves the pressure I put on myself to always make the right choices and do the right thing every time. It allows me to go with the flow, freeing me to just learn and grow as I go. Have a great week, my friend! {{{HUGS}}}

This came at the right time. I've been out of it lately and am finding it hard to find my way back to being "good." This is a learning journey and even though I'm off track, I'm still learning things about me. Thank you for sharing this.
