Hit my goal early! Lost 4.7 lbs already this month. Logging everything and allowing some of my cravings while staying within calories and macros is paying off. I can eat anything I want, I just have to do it in moderation and balance. I can't eat everything, but I can eat anything. I was tempted to eat ice cream last night, but it would've put me over for the day, so I decided to stick with my plan of just a mini donut for dessert. I told myself I can work ice cream into my plan the next day.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I meant my monthly goal. Still far from my eventual goal, but it's feeling like it's within sight, far off in the distance. I'll get there eventually. Trying to enjoy the journey and not worry too much about how quickly it goes.
