Yea! I did it! Down below 165 before the cruise starts!
74.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yay!! Way to go. I am still holding at 166. I am doing Ketovore. Keto got me down 64 lbs. A1C 10.5 to a 5.0. I retired in Texas. Good to see you dropping weight gives me hope too.
