Gaining rather than losing is so demoralizing, even when it's just a pound! 😞 It's especially hard when I'm intermittent fasting 16:8, eating really healthily while keeping my calories up enough, and walking an average of 5 miles a day. Granted, I do feel reasonably good but I need the motivation of results on the scale. Hoping that if I can keep doing what I'm doing, eventually that will happen. Keep reminding myself that I did it once, so I can succeed again. (Dropped 100+ lbs back in 2014, before regaining it).
