Took those helpful comments into action and I have been exercising and eating well. When I get stressed I let myself go for the hard run I crave, and the flavourful food I desire. Finally feel like things are falling into place!!
55.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
