I did really good yesterday, I managed to follow my 1200 calorie intake and within the last three days I have lost 2.8 pounds yes I started my diet on the 17th, I also have been working out every day doing long walks to the park and riding my stationary bike. Im really excited about the weight loss so far. Last night I was up really late because I took a afternoon nap- shouldn't of done that. But I didn't eat after 8pm so I'm on track and ready to conquer this day happy dieting for me.
