Yesterday, I walked into the nail salon with no walker or assistance. I’m moving! I do walk, but any curb, ramp, people are obstacles as I have balance issues. I don’t like to fall. It’s a lot of home PT, yoga, stretching, etc to keep going. I can feel my toes and hand the feeling back in my inner legs enough to ride a horse with no kicking. From wheelchair to walking. I’m getting stronger in my vote for sure. Lupus still in remission. Life is good! 💜🌈
