fat 41% I did all my exercise yesterday, however overate in the evening by making an instant noodles soup with added peas and then had 3 handful of salted peanuts, what the heck???? those were definitely extra!
70.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.8 kg a Week
