Week 8 and end of month 2 of the body recomp experiment.

Averages maintaining weight loss before starting bodyrecomp:
1800-1900 calories / 100g protein / 75g fat / 160g carb

Advised by my sportnutritionist
phase 1: 1570 cal / 120g prot / 50g fat / 160g carb week 1-8

phase 2 starts today
week 9-12: 1405 cal / 90g prot / 45g fat / 160g carb month3...

Averages in the first month:
1500 cal / 117g prot / 51g fat / 140g carb

Averages in the second month:
1532 cal / 108g prot / 57g fat / 138g carb

I have lost in total so far
-1kg
-5cm bust
-9cm navel-waist
-4cm hip
-4cm bum
-1cm off each thigh
-2cm off each bicep

Weight lifting 4 times a week (2 times during moving week, 3 times the week of unpacking) and I managed 1-2 walks during all that chaos :)

My jeans could probably size down 1-2 sizes, 32-33 getting way too baggy in the hip/waist now. Having menstrual cycle problems too since Feb and read some pretty gnarly articles about skin surgeries throwing female cycle into an early menopause so I have to get a new doctor / endometriosis specialist in this area asap! gah!

All in all, super results so far, it is a lot of hard work to focus this much on food, I understand why so many bodybuilders have really fucked up relationships with food, I would likely not continue after the 12 weeks to "achieve body goals" but I am so happy to have learnt an effective and efficient way to train, but the hyperfocus on macros is too much for me to go beyond this experiment, and either way, Im out of savings post surgery & work sabbatical. Still worth it :D
74 kg Lost so far: 71 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
