Emotional overload eating yesterday I know I was doing it too but didn’t stop. Everyone being nasty at work because of they were stressed got to me. Most of the time I can handle it but I think with me facing my first Mother’s Day without my mom has me pushed to my limit already.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
