Still staying at 161. I'm happy to be consistent and not yo-yo-ing but I'm surprised that I haven't lost any bc I'm working all the time! Home, job and garden 😳 but I can see that I'm looking slimmer and my clothes feel more comfortable. So I know eventually it will come. The main thing I'm feeling healthy.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
