I know that feeling. That is a rough place to be mentally and physically. But man-o-man when you come out on the other side a little healthier and little stronger very few things in life are more glorious. Good luck on this part of your fitness journey.

Aww, tough times...they happen. But when you are in it for the long haul, when you have made the commitment that I know you have made, you will come through it (til the next time.......and so it goes on, you have to keep fighting!)

I am glad your body is fighting you. It is fighting for your life. NOBODY has a calories set point of 666 calories a day! Go look at my calendar. Work out your tdee online, without emotional bias. Then take off 3500 cals a week, or 500 cals a day, to lose 1lb a week. Then set macros to much higher fat. You are starving yourself and your body will definitely fight you. It has a right to. It wants to live.... xxx all my love, bridget.

You're eating consistently under 1000 calories a day, sometimes 400 cals, sometimes 800 cals, and you're doing a lot of exercise. I just want you to know that god gave you this beautiful body, and you are beautiful at any size. Keeping your motor running is the most important thing. Being a yummy mummy is entirely acceptable. men go crazy for our beautiful curves.... Let your body lose weight more slowly and it won't fight so hard. xx

I get your frustrations. I need knee replacement surgery, but, I have to get down to at least 200lbs before it happens. I also have hypothyroidism, therefore my primary Care physician had to put me on Wegovy to assist with my weight loss. I've gone from 231 to 211 in 30 days. I would love to get down to 160 and stay there for good. I wish you the best of luck.

@bubbles yeah I’m not great at tracking my calories either especially when I don’t prepare my meals or eat out of my normal regiment I eat well over 1300 calorie. Even the exercise calorie count is wrong. The exercises are correct and times are an estimate but the calories burned are definitely wrong because the intensity in my workouts are low to moderate. Thank you for for taking the time though. ☺️
