Ever have one of those drops where you have to take a double take at the scale and figure something must be wrong? It's been really slow but happy to see almost 2 1/2 pounds shed and marks over 20 pounds lost. 😊👍🏻
78.3 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
