Keeping the diet constant and very clean is working well. I eat roughly the same thing for breakfast (8am / 10am) every day. Then rotate between two lunches - chicken and brown rice and tuna/brown rice (12:30/3pm). Then protein shake after workout and a relatively open dinner. Finally some pb and protein or milk before bed depending on where the macros are.

Going to update the goal weight because i probably need to shoot for about 170lbs. Only been there once during college - would like to get back that low before my wedding in July. We'll see :)

Mix in some veggies. I would eat raw broccoli and almonds for lunch. I read that the combo supposedly targets stomach fat. Another good source of protein is black beans. I eat them in my brown rice for breakfast.

Thanks for the feedback, good idea on taking the raw broccoli - no one at work will steal that out of the fridge either, haha. Almonds are always rough because the calories get out of hand really quickly - I think I can eat a cup of oatmeal or cottage cheese for about 14 almonds...

Yea for sure I just tried it out based on the article I read. Plus it helped gag down the broccoli.
