I stalled for like almost 2 weeks even gaining some pounds. I increased my water intake daily and stayed on top of the water consumption for past 3 days. BM went back to normal and i increased intake of spinach Read some of my buddies food diaries as well as listened to their encouraged comments. I tested for first time today and I'm in ketosis. I feel good. Not tired, etc. just a slight headache.
