Yesterday I tried kickboxing... Huh! It was tough but great! I also joined my sister for a walk...a brisk 1.4 mile walk complete with a steep hill, and a not so steep hill, a beautiful and friendly strange dog, and a babbling brook. And a lot of reading and studying the Lord's Word. It was a great day yesterday. Looking forward to the blessings of today...

My stepdaughter does kickboxing, lost weight and got in better shape. It's great exercise, nice job.
