So during this week we went away and it can be sooo hard to stay on track while you are on the road, i ended up having a few burgers, pies, chips etc i wouldn't normally eat so to have remained steady and not put any back on from all that rubbish food is actually a good thing! I'm not too phassed about it as I lost 1.8 kgs last weigh in. I will get back on track this week with my normal low/moderate carb diet and intermittent fasting.
