Just got back from a trip to Nashville. I ate and drank pretty much whatever I want to do. So I’m not surprised by the 6 pound weight gain. I am planning to eat healthier this week and no alcohol and hope that I can get back to my 140 and then the following week lose a couple more pounds before I celebrate my 50th birthday.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes, it’s so worth it to splurge! Life is too short to 100% eat TOTALLY healthy every SINGLE moment of every day! It can get monotonous In my opinion. There’s always a new day to start again! My weight significantly dropped though when I stopped drinking alcohol. It wreaks havoc on the body, for sure.
