I am up by 0.8 pounds. I am a little bit surprised. I believe that I have been eating within my calorie window and yet each day I have gained a little bit more. I had one day of high calories and two days of a bit over and the other 4 days have been in the window. Over all I am about 15 calories per day over. I would have expected to be the same weight or a very small loss. I did not expect it to be a gain.

All I can think is that somehow I am not calculating my calories correctly. I am still mostly weighing everything with a few exceptions. I am thinking I will need to have no exceptions until I get a handle on this.

This week the most exciting stuff has been moving my father in law's estate along. I did his probate myself and the Courts have accepted my work so no lawyer fee on this. I have taken his paperwork to the accountant so that is in the works as well.I continue to pick away at cleaaring his home. This is going quite slowly but it is picking up momentum.
85.2 kg Lost so far: 36.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's probably from stress and carbs.

Our weight can fluctuate for no apparent reason sometimes. If you're eating right, it will probably be back down in a few days. I do find that I do better when I log everything.
