I'm so excited to have finally lost a few pounds - especially after a gluttonous vacation weekend in Florida. I need to keep myself occupied in the evenings. I'm eating and drinking my way to bed most nights. boo.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
