15 lbs to next goal!!! Brother in Law's b-day this weekend, Mine next. Visitors from Corporate office in town for another week - ARGH. Challenge for another 6 weeks - so... Have to convenience myself I CAN DO THIS! 2.5 lbs a week is not excessive, and certainly obtainable if I "Stay on Target".

Have meet & greet on Sunday from internet dating site - another reason to focus. PLEASE HELP ME!
130.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 55.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Take it easy and allow your body to release the weight naturally - if you say I will lose 2.5 lb a week every week, you may set yourself up for becoming frustrated. STAY on track and let the body take its course.
