tips PLEASE!!! I'm determined to shed 7 more pounds in the next two weeks. I know I'm developing muscle mass as I work out, but still burning fat. My shape is improving. My skin is tighter, and I'm generally happier about how my clothes fit...but I gotta make my goal by July 30. 17 days to go. None the less, I'm pleased to be moving in the right direction. Even though it's not a huge shift.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
