Breakfast: Green Tea with collagen and cocoa powder, Coffee with coconut oil and butter, Super protein tofu
Lunch: 5oz spring mix salad 🥗 + canned sardines, miso soup with nori
Dinner: Salad 🥗, fried oysters 🦪, Natto , Soy milk soup with vegetables 🥕 🍄, and apple 🍎
44.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
