Breakfast: Coffee with butter and coconut oil, Black tea with collagen and cocoa powder, Greek yogurt and MCT oil
Dinner: Salad with smoked salmon, chicken bone broth
45 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.6 kg a Week
