Happy Sunday all.

Lost a little since last weigh in. With a bit more workout and following my plan, I should get below 220 this week.

100.1 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
