Given last week’s big loss, I wasn’t expecting too much movement so I’m super happy! I can taste the 220’s, I’ve now lost over 150 lbs, I’m prepping for a fantastic vacation in two weeks and spring is coming 🙂🌸

Weekly Moment of Gratitude: Tying my shoelaces with ease. They’re not all giant things that I’m grateful for, but when bending over isn’t hard anymore, I’m happy 😃
104.4 kg Lost so far: 70.5 kg.    Still to go: 45.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
